Nebeneinander in eine große Pfanne legen. Die Zitrone in dünne Scheiben schneiden, auf die Weinblätter legen. Das restliche Olivenöl darüber gießen und etwas Wasser angießen. MIt leicht angefeuchteten Händen Reis auf der Fläche verteilen, dabei am oberen Ende einen Streifen von ca. 3 cm freilassen. Sehr dünn mit etwas Wasabi bestreichen. Lachs oder Thunfisch mit Gurke oder Avodao am unteren Ende quer auflegen und alles mit Hilfe der Matte stramm aufrollen. Den freien Streifen des Nori-Blattes ganz leicht anfeuchten und verschließen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1525-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;"><strong>Für California Rolls</strong> das Nori-Blatt mit Reis belegen, danach auf der Matte umdrehen, so dass der Reis nach unten kommt. Belegen und aufrollen wie beschrieben. Tür und Fenster ausschneiden. Aus dem restlichen Teig eine Grundplatte sowie Tannenbäume, Sterne usw. formen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1427-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die Teile vorsichtig auf mit Backpapier ausgelegte Bleche legen und bei 170 Grad Umluft ca. <span class="wprm-timer" data-seconds="1200">20 Minuten</span> backen.
